No bill this month (so far)

I seem to have had no bill this month. It’s only 3 days late but things have been very regular fo the past 7 months so this is unusual. I assume it will be along eventually but mention it in case there’s a problem.

No, but I’ve realised I’ve changed my payment date this month so maybe that has also affected the billing cycle?

I think it does affect the cycle, reminders are sent out a couple of days before the dd is taken and I believe your Bill/ statements are linked to it.

Spot on, the statement date will change to line up with your change to payment date.
