No billing since 2nd August

Hi I’m a newish bulb member so not sure how often statements should be but should I not be receiving statements monthly?
The direct debit is being taken and the credit in the account is building but that’s all.

Hi Ryan - you should be receiving statements monthly, if for any reason you’re not, drop us an email and we can figure out why and fix that for you :slight_smile:

My last statement was also on the 2nd August.
