I only just noticed I have over £200+ in credit on my account with no bills coming in from this company. I don’t know why it’s not working but I am worried about any build up of debt or if the company has been abandoned then I won’t be able to switch to another trusted energy supplier.

The billing has now been fixed for you An updated statement should arrive within the next 24 hours.
I have taken a look at your account and since getting smart meters installed we had a mismatch of information which stopped the statements from sending. I have fixed this and the account balance should now be up to date.
