No bills received

Hello I have been with bulb for 5 months now and have submitted two meter readings after my opening reading but have not yet had any bills yet.

@Kyllie, do you mean just that none have been sent to you, or do none appear in your MyBulb page either?

It appears you’re not the only one reporting this issue though.

Hi @Kyllie there was a small error that needed to be corrected which was preventing your statements being generated. I am correcting this for you now, and will send a statement out as soon as it has been fixed. Owen
