No bills since smart meter was installed?

Hi, has anyone had this issue? We had smart meters installed in mid 2020 and since then I haven’t received a single bill? I also don’t seem to be able to submit a manual gas meter reading (smart readings not working)

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes it looks like we need to adjust the readings on your gas meter following the meter exchange and that will get the billing issue sorted for you.
