No Contact from Bulb


I signed up to Bulb a few weeks ago and was told I would recieve more information as we get closer to the first bill payment.

However i have so far heard nothing and am now worried that my account has made no progress of being set up. My current supplier is still sending me info so it seems they are not aware i am moving either, despite Bulb saying ‘we will sort it’.

Can i please have confirmation that the account has been set up and our supplier informed asap? If i hear nothing by the end of the weekend i will just continue with my current supplier

Unfortunately, your old supplier objected to your switch. You’ll need to message them to find out why are resolve any issues, then let us know and we can re-apply. I’ve sent you an email so we can get this sorted there.
