No credit left after transfer and no key to buy credit on electric

I have emailed but I cant find an emergency link.

If you click on the emergency liink it takes you to a form to fill in.

I have sent emergency email but it only refers to power cut or gas leek. I don’t know what to do, this is awful. I have two children and no electric until Monday??
