Right at the bottom of the Help page is:

Phone lines are now closed.
Get help in an emergency

If you click on the emergency liink it takes you to a form to fill in.

I have sent emergency email but it only refers to power cut or gas leek. I don’t know what to do, this is awful. I have two children and no electric until Monday??
