I’ve just tried to check my usage online, and realised that my daily readings seem to have stopped, the app shows the same: the last reading I can see is 4th July. The IHD seems happy and the lights on the front of the meter itself don’t seem to have changed, should I be concerned about this?
I have the same problem, smart meter installed June 28th, and initially worked fine. But now the online account does not show a reading since 3rd July. IHD seems to be working fine.
I’ve just spoken to online support - they say they need to request a comms hub reboot which will take 3-6 weeks. In the meantime I need to supply manual readings again.
