No data showing on app since January 30th when will it be available again please as used daily to monitor usage

I can see that you have a 1st generation smart meter ( SMETS1). I’m afraid for this type of smart meter there’s an error on the usage graphs for meters that have recently been enrolled onto the smart network.
It’s something our smart team are working on to get fixed and it should be resolved in the next few weeks. Thanks for your patience with this and we apologise for any inconveniences.
