No electric reading on smart meter since may last year

I have no electric reading from my smart meter since
may last year, also not showing on IHD unit. Have contacted you many times but this
has not been resolved

You’re not alone. My Electricity reading hasn’t been taken by the smart meter since April, and my Gas stopped recording correctly in October. I’m still using gas, but my meter has reported the same volume of gas since the October reading, so it seems my boiler is getting energy from nowhere.
