I came home to no electricity. I topped up yesterday but hadn’t gone through I topped yo tonight and got email it has gone through but still no electricity… any ideas on what I can do ??

With Smart Pay as You Go meters, if you run out of credit the meter may turn off and will need a nudge to go back on supply.
You can do this by pressing AABB or ABAB.
