No email from transfer wise yet

Please confirm when I will be getting my email from them regarding the payment of £75 , token has credited

Hi, following this with interest as the tenants in my rental are having the same problem, they have not yet had their email for the £50 switchover they were expecting, and they have also credited and assigned the token for the meters… Seems a bit of a theme developing on this issue!

It can take up to 3 working days for Bulb to receive notification of the top up. If you topped up more than 3 days ago, contact Bulb directly as this is a customer forum.
