No emergency contact for gas supply problems

Anyone had experience trying to get someone to fix a Battery Fail message on a prepaid gas meter outside working hours? I’ve spent 2 hours trying to figure it out and am not impressed. The help pages tell you to contact your network provider and when I did I was told that they can’t repair faulty metres. I emailed bulb’s emergency line over 2 hours ago and no response. The network provider told me to get in touch with Contract Natural Gas Ltd add bulb has a contact with them for emergency services and of course they are closed on weekends. So here I am with no gas on a long weekend and no real advice from my service provider. I switched to bulb only last month after years with another provider with no problems. Very frustrating!

Hi, I had this some years back when the battery gailed in the gas meter leaving the gas off.
It was BG that had to come out and sort it.
So in this case it will be bulb who should be sorting this problem for you.
