No Energy Statements for 3 months since smart meters were Installed.

Hello, is anyone else suffering this problem. My gas and electric smart meters were installed on 16th April 2019. The in-house display will not connect to the network. I have not had a Energy Statement since May 2019 which was estimated. I cannot input the gas readings into the give us your meter readings section on my account , as the reading is still showing the old meter numbers. I am forced to send a photograph of the gas smart meter. I can input the latest electricity reading as that now shows the new smart meter readings okay.
I am over £300 in credit on my account, yet I have not had any Energy statements for over 3 months. Nobody responds to my emails to the bulb help desk. What is going on?
