My account was closed 5 weeks ago and is in credit. Bulb still have not sent me my final bill and have not refunded me. My emails get ignored. Any advise as to what can be done here? Also noticed that the final meter readings I submitted on the final day do not show on my account page. Could that be the reason why they take so long to finalise me?
hi @adr. I am in the same situation. Final bill was created on 28 August 2019 and £85 refund has yet to be paid. It has now been 7 weeks. Did you find a solution?
