So we’ve fully changed over to bulb and have been with them for 3 month and be paying direct debit. Now we’ve not got any gas and it’s Sunday, freezing cold and no gas for any appliances. Anybody know how to get it back on, ive contacted the emergency number and they said I have to wait until bulb open tomorrow. I’ve got an old top up meter that got updated to direct debit meter yet I’ve not gas!
Did you ever get any support on this? I am without gas on the weekend and can’t find any way of getting support.
