Any ideas how long bulb take to respond to an email? I have no gas supply as there is a problem with my card/prepayment gas meter. Been on the phone twice this morning and no one seems to be doing anything to resolve the issue
About 3 months seems to be the typical response time.
What did they say when you called?

They asked me to send photos of the gas meter which I have done about 2 hours ago. I’m just worried that they will not chase it up, I’ve got no heating or hot water as the gas supply isn’t going back on
I would definitely phone them back today before they close.
I called them they are contacting the national grid to come take a look
