A have done switch to bulb on pay monthly the switch has went a head for my gas today and my old supplier has told me a can not top my meter up anymore with them so what can a do a need gas we have a 6m old baby
Are you paying by direct debit (credit or ‘pay monthly’) or by key/card top ups (i.e. prepayment)? If you are on direct debit, there’s no need to top up - if you are on prepayment, you should have received a new key/card from Bulb: but if you haven’t yet received one, you can continue using your old one(s) for now.
