No IHD supplies from bulb when I switched

Hello I’m on bulb smart pay as go but I’ve never been issued with and IHd the one I have is from 2016 and it says EON on the back and I believe it is faulty it constantly needs to be plug in otherwise it goes off and the led backlight will not turn off ,on my bulb account I can’t read my daily usage because there’s an issue and bulb are looking into it ,so I was curious when will I get a bulb IHd I desperate need one thanks

Same, I am waiting for one too. Apparently my smart meter is 1st gen so it isn’t possible to get an ihd until it is upgraded. The auto-topup I had setup on previous ovo is also not an option so have to remember to login and check both meters.
