No key or card has arrived

My electricity and gas changed over to bulb today i have not recieved my top up key and meter and i have ran out of gas and ill soon be out of electricity what am i suppost to do ?

Just continue using the key/card you have they will still work, suggest you contact bulb tomorrow morning and they will resend them

So my old companys card and key will still work ? Ive allready requested a replacement key and card and apparently they sent them out a week ago not a very good start really

Yes your old suppliers will still work as the meters can’t be changed remotely they don’t change until you register the new keys with the meter. No not very good start, at least you still have EandG
