no key yet

hi just switched over to bulb had gas card through post but not electric key yet do they come seperate or should have together ???

Sorry that nobody else has responded to you since you posted this - I’m not sure about the answer myself, but I believe the keys/cards for pre-payment meters are dispatched separately. If you haven’t received it within 28 days of switching, I’d drop Bulb an email (see How to get in touch – Bulb ), but you should be able to continue using your old key/card until the new ones arrive (see The first time you use your top up (prepayment) key or card – Bulb ).
