No mention of gas?

Hi guys,

Really happy with bulb so far, think you’re doing a great job.

One quick question, I signed up to switch both my Electricity and Gas, as is reflected in my PDF welcome pack. Since the switch has ‘completed’ though, I see no mention of gas in the dashboard. Can you please confirm this is all switched as well?

I have just read both my gas and electric meters. The electric reading is showing straight away in ‘my usage’ but not the gas reading.
I have done the gas again just in case.

@susanrowe it is normal for gas readings to take a few days to show up as they have to be validated in accordance with Ofgem regulation
