No meter readings

Hi, I’m a new user of bulb utilities and my last supplier used a smart meter. When I left them they wiped clean all data on my smart meter and ordinary meters leaving me totally without reference. I’m paying bulb by monthly direct debit but have nothing to go by and no meter reader has called. Any advice would be appreciated as really worrying now
