No Meter Readings

Hi

I’ve been all around the website and the ‘Submit meter reading’ section has gone. is this something to do with moving to a smart meter? It’s nowhere to be found on the app either…i’ll happily be proved wrong if it means i can then submit a reading.
It wouldn’t be a problem bit I will need to input FIT meter readings and there is nowhere to now do this?

Please bring it back, it was really useful! You know, meter readings and all that!

Sorry to say it’s gone because you have a smart meter. You’ll need to email your FIT readings now until Bulb fix their website.

You’ll likely also find that you need to email your smart meters readings as well since that’s broken for the foreseeable future.

Not to worry, I suppose it’s not that much of an inconvenience!
