No money out?

Hi, I’m a bit confused. I’ve been with bulb since mid-December, so a month. My credit shows £152, but no money has been taken out of my actual account for bills for my usage. Why is this?

Hi @Martha, I’m guessing that £100 of that is referral credit?

As you pay in advance for energy, your first payment will have then been taken as £52 on your switch date.
No money will go out of your Bulb account until your next payment date (when you’ll pay for your first month’s energy) so if you’ve been with Bulb almost a month but not quite, nothing will have gone out of your account yet.
