No monthly bill again this month

For second month running ive had to put on this page about no monthly bill as i am unable to contact due to my working hours and your opening hours. Money in my account no bill provided

Hey @simplesean99 Sorry you were without a statement again.

I have looked at the issue and can see there had been an update to your meter ID on our billing side. We had amended the register to 1 from 01 which helps ensure the bills are accurate to your meter.

The problem was is that it causes a final read on the old register (01) and the new read on register (1) should be the same to ensure there is no overlap. There was an overlap of dates which caused the bill to fail.

This should be fixed now, sorry again.
