No monthly bill or option to switch tarriffs

Hi, I haven’t had a bill since March even though the usage graphs appear to be tracking correctly. I changed to the EV tarriff about that time so thinking that may have something to do with it? The option to switch tarriffs has also disappeared so would appreciate any assistance.

I have now fixed the error in the account which was holding up the statements and have reissued these.
