No payment taken from my account on the date it was due to?

Hello,

My switch to bulb was completed on the 16th August. My first monthly payment was due to be taken from my account on the same day but nothing has come as expected. How can I check that everything is ok with my account/supply?

I can confirm your supply has switched over correctly to us. e had a problem taking some payments in August for some accounts. We’ll soon be sending out an official email regarding retrying the payment in two weeks. Please email us at help@bulb.co.uk if this will be an issue.
