No payments taken for usage since may

Is anyone having the same problem that no energy usage has been taken off their accounts since the switch over to smart meters

There was a billing error in the system since we enrolled your smart meters in May. I’ve fixed it now and issued you a statement for the months May to September. This shouldn’t happen again but please let us know if it does.
