I have lost my pre payment power key on Friday , been unable to contact any customer service dept as is only open Mon- Fri , can’t see anything that even looks like an account no to buy a replacement key from shop , what else can I do ?
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve lost your key. If you do have any problems over the weekend, you can call our usual number 0300 30 30 635, and you will get through to some emergency help. They can then issue you an emergency key and get you back on supply as soon as possible.
