No power

Hi, I recently joined Bulb from Scottish Power, the first payment came out as a direct debit on the 1/10/2019. But today the 2/10/2019 I’ve woken up to no power at all, when I view the app it says the payment is pending but it’s already out of my bank. Can anyone help?

Phone bulb straight away but I doubt they would stop your electricity after payment.
