No response from bulb?

Hi all

So I (naively) recommended my parents take advantage of smart meter installation with Bulb.

Since installation several weeks ago the gas has not shown on their IHD. We’ve tried resetting it and doing everything via portal on Bulb but to no avail.

I have emailed Bulb numerous times on behalf of my parents (via their account) and even now submitted a complaint.

Three weeks and waiting and still no response. Tried to get on chat and asked me to leave an email. Is there any one even working at Bulb? I can see this ending up very costly with the amount of complaints going in.
