No Responses to emails

Hi Im hoping I get more of a result here.
our meter was changed Jan 19 from dual rate to single, this was organised by Bulb, yet a year later I’m still unable to give the proper reading on the portal as it still shows the old meter!
I emailed about This yesterday as a follow up to an email i sent on the 16th of Jan this year, but still haven’t received any response from a human.

what going on?

The e-mail support from Bulb is notoriously slow - in the order of weeks. Try calling them on 0300 303 0635. R-
