No smart meter yet

After being pestered about having a smart meter fitted I agreed and I’m still waiting. Guy arrived but electricity wiring was too old and needed modified. Second guy arrived thinking he was fitting smart meter. After some calls he carried out the required modification but didn’t fit a meter. Since then we have heard nothing. Seems there has been a communication failure somewhere. Hope the SMART meter is smarter than the team that are supposed to fit it.

I’d cancel the install all together. I had both meters changed 20th of November. The in home display stopped working 5 days later and Decembers bill never arrived but they still took a payment. Emails go unanswered and phone calls take hours to get through.
To sum up I’m leaving bulb ASAP.
