Since October I have been submitting gas and electricity meter readings regularly a few days before my energy statement is due. Up to now the statements have appeared on time. However, I submitted readings on 5th January, four or five days ahead of the normal statement date, but so far no statement. On checking the readings in my account I see that only the electricity reading has been entered. What is the problem?
Hi @peter453- I have fixed the issue. You should have your statement soon and you should not be affected again- basically a glitch we were missing a bit of information for your gas supply that gets updated ever year, and is normally automatically updated. In the case it hadn’t so I put it in manually.
