No statement for last month

Hi there,

I’m new to the community but been with Bulb a while.

I never received my latest statement which usually comes around the 18th give or take a day or two.

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues? I had sent an email a few days ago but no response so far. I like to keep an eye on my statements especially what with how expensive everything is getting.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had some issues with your billing here. I have had a look into your account and can see that a statement was issued on 01/06/22.

This was a consolidated statement (more than one months merged) billing you up to 16/05/22. Your next statement will be a usual monthly statement generated on 17/06/22 for you. I do apologise for the delay in getting this bill out to you but it looks like your account is now all up to date.
