No Statement For the Month - effecting DD


I’ve received no statement from this month and it is basing all my increases on a ridiculous bill from April to which the phone support line were no help. Could I please receive my statement for this month. Further my credit in my account seems wrong - lots going wrong it seems with the account.

Ive submitted readings at various times of the month previously and had a new calculation within a couple of days on my mobile app. Has this now changed? Also my monthly bill has only been £54 so cant understand why my direct debit has risen saying ive used more than I have. I understand why you are doing ut but i wouod rather just top up the difference every month and have the money in my bank account rather than Bulb’s.
