No Statement/reply

Hi. I have not had a statement on my account in over 12 months . There is a big credit on my account. I like to know bills are paid. I have emailed customer service twice, regarding this, receiving no response whatsoever (once in July, and once in August). I then emailed complaints, and again no response. All emails were received, as I had acknowledgement…still no statement. Have to wonder whether customers are important to bulb, when ignored like this
