Hello. Just been told my direct debit needs to increase but I’ve not had a statement since may. I’ve tried to use the chat function a few times today but says it’s not available. What’s the best way for me to contact someone about this?
Switch to another supplier and they will contact blub on your behalf
Looks as though your statements go up to the 30th of September and your next one will be due on the same date of this month following a fix from the agent you spoke to.
