No statement this month

Any idea why I haven’t had a statement in August? We had smart meters installed at the end of July and my account is not showing recent meter readings or a statement.

Many users are not having statements generated after SMETS2 installs, you need to contact bulb to resolve this.

In the meantime you can submit manual readings via your Bulb dashboard.
