No Statement


I was due my first statement last week, but it hasn’t been generated. I provided a meter reading on 26th October which was showing on my account and I have now provided another one.

Please can this be looked in to?


Hi @ian1319 thanks for getting in touch about this. It looks like we’re missing one or two bits of technical info about your meter, I’ve chased this up and your bill should be produced fairly soon.

I have tried several times to log into my account, but nothing is happening. Any help with this matter would be appreciated.
