No statement

I haven’t had a statement for 3 months now. Is there a reason for this?

I assume you have checked your junk folder.
That aside if you go to your account and then statements you can view and/or download them.

Only the Bulb team will be able to track down the reason? Have you had any sort of communication from Bulb in the last three months, I’m just wondering if Bulb have an incorrect email address for you, you can this by going into your account?

@andrew4510 There is something unusual in your gas readings that have been entered into the account. Could reply to my email with a photo of your gas meter and I will get this all sorted for you.
