No statement?

Hello, I am wondering why I haven’t received a statement yet? I usually get one on 22nd of every month, same day as my payment goes out. However it is 25th and still no statement. I joined Bulb last April and statements have been on time every month until now.

Is there a current statement showing on your “Payments & statements” account page?

Same thing has happened for me - I supposed to get a statement on the 23rd. But nothing!

Spoken to Bulb yesterday and they said that a small amount of people are being affected, they’ve got some technical problems with the generator. No estimate time on when it’ll be fixed but apparently ASAP…
