After joining Bulb I had a downloadable statement each month for the first three months but since then nothing. I had a smart meter fitted on August 15th and the readings shown seem plausible but my balance just keeps increasing with each recorded payment. This seems to be the norm from other postings. how long before I get a statement?
I had the same issue. After repeated requests on the online chat, they did send me a statement. I think they need to do this manually and they are over stretched.
