No statements after months

I have contacted live chat twice and been told both times it’s my old suppliers fault and will be fixed in 24 hours. Still no statements.

You’ve taken my money just fine and increased my direct debit amounts yet I have a large balance and no clue if it’s right or wrong.

Sort it out, or I’m away and want all my money back!
