I have not received a statement since January and my account shows I’m almost £500 in credit which is incorrect as I believe you haven’t removed the money for the bills! I have emailed twice and it’s been around 2 weeks with no reply! It’s pretty poor service and poor that you can’t send a simple statement each month! Biggest mistake ever moving to Bulb so many issues
