No statements processed on my account

I have been with Bulb for over 12 months now and Bulb have never raised a bill statement. I am getting concerned as I do not know how much I am being charged. I swapped to a smart meter in October and still do not have a statement on my account. Bulb help page state I should receive it every month. The message on my account states that you do not have enough meter readings, but I provided one at least every 2 months and now you are reading my smart meter. Can you please look into this?
