No statements since December

I haven’t received any account statements since December.
All my readings have been submitted (smart meter and manual readings) and direct debits are still going through. It would be nice to get the statements too!

Lots of people with the same problem. Their billing system is completely broken.

Happened to me also, but now they seem to have got their act in order and are sending statements again.
