No statements since September

Hi. My smart meters were installed at the end of September. Since then I haven’t received any statements. How can I get this fixed so I know exactly how much I’m spending and how much credit I still have on my account?

So after looking into your account I just sorted your billing issue now, it was because the engineer submitted your final gas reading as a 5 digit reading instead of a 4 digit reading so our systems automatically placed your bill in draft to prevent you from receiving a bill for thousands of pounds!

You should receive your statement in the next 24-48 hours :relaxed:
