No statements since smart meter fitted

Since having smart meters fitted I am no longer receiving statements. The meter readings seem to be getting through but no statement is being generated. I managed to contact Bulb using the live chat a couple of months ago and they were able to generate a statement manually but the problem still persists and having to ask for a statement every month isn’t exactly the experience I had in mind when I agreed to have a smart meter installed.

Is this happening to anyone else? Has anybody managed to find a permanent solution?

I think this has now started happening to me. Should have had a statement around middle to late last week but nothing. Thought give it a few days but still nothing as of this morning. One thing I did notice is that it still says my payment is pending when it has already left my bank account a few days ago.

Will give it to the end of the week before contacting them
